Today's Lagoon Life:

Today I'm working at River Rocks on the bank of the Indian River lagoon in Rockledge FL just north of Melbourne.

Lagoon Living Tip of the Day:

Carry a Small Trash Bag

Whether you're fishing, kayaking, or taking an evening walk, tuck a grocery bag in your pocket.

If everyone picked up just five pieces of litter each visit to the lagoon, thousands of pounds of trash would stay out of our waterways every year.

The lagoon belongs to all of us.

Lagoon Lifestyle & Real Estate

Think About Natural Light

A home's lighting affects how it feels every single day.

When touring a property, notice:

  • 🌅 Does the morning sun brighten the kitchen?
  • 🌴 Is the porch shaded in the afternoon?
  • 💡 Will you need lights on during the day?
  • 🌺 Are there large trees providing cooling shade?

Natural light can make a home feel larger, improve energy efficiency, and simply make everyday living more enjoyable.
