I’m a 25+ year veteran of the real estate business, licensed in both Florida and Georgia. While my primary focus is Indian River County, I also serve southern Brevard and northern St. Lucie counties—the heart of Florida’s Treasure Coast.
Over the course of my career, I’ve done just about everything there is to do in real estate across both the residential and commercial sectors. These days, I focus mainly on residential because I genuinely enjoy showing people this beautiful region and welcoming them to Paradise.
I’m old enough to have closed over 300 transactions, yet young enough to be fully dialed in to the tech-heavy world of modern real estate. What really makes the difference for my clients is my market knowledge. Working in a small market means I know it intimately. I visit every new home subdivision on the Treasure Coast at least once a month. I know which communities offer hidden perks, where the builder incentives are, and the inside details you only learn by showing up consistently and building relationships with onsite agents.
I “grew up” in Florida—at least in my heart. From age 7 to 15, I spent two months every summer at my grandparents’ home in Naples. Back then, Naples was a natural paradise, and the Treasure Coast still carries that same Old Florida charm I fell in love with as a kid. I even lived in Fort Pierce for a time, working as a clam farmer at Harbor Branch Oceanographic (now a Florida Atlantic University campus), before moving to Atlanta to raise a family. I spent over 20 years selling real estate in Atlanta, but ultimately made my way back to where I was supposed to be—on the coast I love.
Outside of real estate, I’m happiest entertaining and hosting. A day at the beach, an eco-tour by boat, a little fishing or pickleball, and then a cold drink and a seafood boil to wrap it all up—that’s my idea of living well, and it’s the spirit I bring to the way I serve my clients.
